Eau Claire United Soccer Club Volunteer Information
The Eau Claire United Soccer Club is a volunteer run organization. All parents are required to volunteer their time in some capacity, such as participating on the Board, as a Club-level coordinator, team manager, or tournament volunteer. In addition, parents are also urged to contribute to the operation of their children's team.

Committee Volunteer Positions
ECU is developing some committees to take our club to the next level. Below is a brief description and a contact for the committees that we are looking for volunteers to be a part of.
Coach Development Committee Contact: Bonnie Nicolai (snicolai@charter.net)
The Coach Development Committee will manage the recruitment, selection, compensation, development and retention of our coaches. It will determine ECU club licensing practices.
Facilities Committee Contact: Pam Kozuch (pkoz@charter.net)
The Facilities Committee will manage all field and facility issues both present and future and make recommendations to the full board for approval. They shall be empowered to negotiate on behalf of the board.
Volunteer/Recruitment Committee Contact: Denise Scheppke (dscheppke8675@charter.net)
The Volunteer/Recruitment Committee will plan, organize and assign volunteers.It will develop the ECU club volunteer policy and serve as the nominating committee for future board candidates.
Fund Development & Marketing Committee Contact: Tom Gorres (tlgorres@aol.com)
The Fund Development & MarketingCommittee will develop and implement fundraising policies. It will work with the board and other committees to set goals, develop and manage scholarship funds, develop a marketing strategy, manage the ECU website and develop corporate sponsorships.
