HIGH SCHOOL
ECU offers a high school level travel program for boys and girls for players entering 9th-12th grade. This is a competitive travel soccer program for those who are looking to develop their technical skills in the highest level of competitive soccer on the Western side of Wisconsin.
Team Placement/Tryouts
Registration is now open for the High School Girls Fall 2026 and High School Boys Spring team 2027!
Eligibility:
Players entering 9th-12th grade
Tryout Dates & Location HS Girls:
Thursday, July 30th // 7-8:30 p.m. at Eau Claire Soccer Park
Monday, August 3rd // 5:30-7 p.m. at Bollinger Fields
Tryout Dates & Location HS Boys:
Monday, August 3rd // 5:30-7 p.m. at Bollinger Fields
Tuesday, August 4th // 7:30–9:00 p.m. at Bollinger Fields
Please register in advance, and plan to attend both tryouts if possible.
Girls
Teams or training groups will be formed based on tryouts and soccer experience. Players will compete on team formed with ECU and St. Croix players. Competition schedule will include two to three friendlies with club and MN high school teams with one, possibly two depending on player availability, major tournament(s) within the region. This will enable us to improve in a competitive training environment without having to travel throughout the state weekly for games. The St. Croix players all play at NPL, ECNL-RL and ECNL level providing a competitive training environment where your daughters can discover new ideas and play with a variety of tactics, preparing them for their high school seasons.

Boys
Teams or training groups will be formed based on tryouts and soccer experience. Based on tryout evaluation of overall team ability, teams will participate in National 1 League after qualifying last season (https://national1league.org/).

Kit Information
Once you have accepted your team placement you will be provided with a link to purchase your team kit (jersey top, short,, socks). Kits are available on a two year cycle with athletes required to purchase new kits on odd years (2023, 2025, etc.). ECU kits are Adidas and cost approximately $115.
Registration Fees / REGISTRATION
The ECU Board has implemented a three-tiered fee system. Families are able to select the price that is best for them. Fees cover league fees, referee fees, coach pay, operational costs, tournament registration fees, and coach travel expenses. Pricing Tier has no impact on team placement and is not shared with the team formation committee.
