TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based program for youth with disabilities. TOPS is designed to provide an opportunity of socialization, learning, and physical activity to any boy or girl, typically ages 5 thru high school age, who has a cognitive or physical disability.

With support from WYSA and UWEC Foundation, ECU will be kicking off this program in Winter 2023 with seven fun sesssions.See dates and times below.

The program relies on volunteers to serve as buddies and coaches. Volunteers over the age of 12 can serve as buddies but are typically high school, and older. Training will be provided. No soccer experience needed.
